These are specifically requested pieces, so, in order to meet clients’ requests we package those parts and we mention them seperately on the label, too. For example, the Flat iron steak package will have the large label referring to the general specification “Front Chuck” and a smaller one, indicating the specific part taken from the Front Chuck, the “Flatiron Steak”.
