The Makris Farm
It is us, who have these hands torn by the time and toil, the hands that turn the mountains into lowlands, that get dirty every day from labor.
It is us, who sleep and wake up with our minds at the hay, the sun, the wind and the rain. Us who look every morning our animals into their eyes and happily, humbly and serenely tell them “good morning”.
Faithful to centuries of tradition, in Makris Farm we breed animals in their natural habitat in the countryside, respecting them and the land. They are born in our farm and this is important because we can know and control the genetic characteristics, the health, their development and any medical treatment they may need.
Wanting to highlight the special quality of our products, we bring them to you without mediators. We believe that everybody has the right to know the production process, the origin and the way and location of breeding concerning the animal they consume. The products of the Greek countryside have their distinct quality, their identity that has to be recognized and highlighted accordingly.
