The journey from the meadow to the table

The animals selected for consumption are transported with special trucks to approved slaughterhouses, which meet the standards requested concerning, not only the animal treatment, but also, the compliance by the hygiene standards. In these approved slaughterhouses, veterinarian checks are held for every single animal before and after slaughter. They also have extra systems of quality assurance (ISO).

Afterwards, the animal meat is taken to cutting edge shredding and packaging by refrigerated trucks. The standardization services enable us to immediately package the meat in selected packaging, to preserve it fresh in our refrigerators and to consume it whenever we wish (within the provided and mentioned expiration period) without having frozen it beforehand. If not consumed fresh before the provided expiration date, we can freeze it by date and consume it later.

Moreover, on every package we inform you of the following: the animal’s birth and breeding location, slaughter site, slaughter date and the animal’s age.
