BREEDING

Every morning, all the adult animals exit the facilities, they graze free in meadows and forests in the area and they return in the afternoon to nurse their little ones and to rest. We monitor the animals every day concerning their health, their physical condition and any specific needs they may have (injuries, giving birth, estrus etc.) and we take care of them accordingly. Through everyday care and supervision, we breed healthy and productive animals.

During their stay inside our facilities (from morning until dusk), the animals are fed with hay collected from the agricultural parcels of the area.The hay is self-sown and includes many grass species, each one with its own nutritional value characteristics. The agricultural parcels from which the hay is collected are not being enriched with chemicals or other any other type of fertilizers. In that way, our animals are fed exclusively with what the local nature has to provide.
