The Facilities of Makris Farm
The cattle grow in a natural environment, in the village Oreino, on the mountains of Epirus.
The Makris Farm is located in the village Oreino in Epirus. Occupying ten acres of land in total, two thousand square meters of warehouses and outbuildings have been constructed, which are essential for the preservation of self-produced feed.
There are also barns of about two hundred square meters complying with all the requirements concerning the good living of the animals. In these barns live not only the young animals during their first weeks of life but also the rest of the animals, too, during extreme weather conditions (snow, heavy rain, extreme cold etc.).
