We do not accept returns, with the exception of incorrect shipping from our part.

Returns of incorrect orders sent by us

In case the products you receive do not match the order you placed, you can return them to us within fourteen (14) calendar days after the delivery.

In case of return, and provided that the items have been received and checked by our company, there will be a replacement.

In that case, the shipping fees are on our company!
